miso: Chrome Extension for Misskey Integration

To minimize risks, it's recommended to assign minimal permissions to the API key. The extension only sends requests to the user-configured siteDomain when the extension is clicked, and the payload includes the tab's URL and API key. The extension does not include any analytics tools for usage tracking, although Chrome automatically collects installation, uninstallation, and user data.
